Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 5 business days. Cut to Size and orders requiring special processing such as plasma, laser, or water jet cutting may require additional time to complete depending on the quantity. Unlike many consumer products that are pre-boxed and ready to ship, industrial metals are processed from mill sizes and custom packaged per order. BSS Metals takes great care to assure that each order meets our customer’s expectations in accuracy, quality and packaged well to arrive undamaged.
Expedited Processing
Orders placed via Express delivery service will receive special attention and our warehouse will make every effort to process and ship your order within 24 hours depending on available inventory. If you require same day processing and shipping please give our customer service center a call to verify our ability to meet your request. Additional fees may apply.
Emergency Processing
BSS Metals understands that at times you may have an emergency situation and need your order immediately. We are here to help and can usually accommodate your request, whether it be Same Day or Next Day AM delivery. Please contact our customer service with your request and we will make every effort to get just what you need … when you need it. Additional fees may apply.
Standard Delivery
BSS Metals offers nationwide delivery via Standard service by Poslaju, GDex, Citylink, Lalamove, Skynet, Ninjavan or various authorized vendor owned trucks.
