1. LIMITED USE LICENSE BSS Metals (BSS Stainless Sdn. Bhd.) grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this website only in accordance with and for the purposes set forth in these Terms and Conditions. You do not have permission to access or use this website in any way or for any purpose that involves a violation of these Terms and Conditions. BSS Metals retains the right to terminate your limited use license at any time, at its discretion.

2. SCOPE OF LICENSE This website is intended only for your use in deciding whether to purchase products from us and in purchasing products from us. You may access and make a limited number of copies of the pages only as needed for this limited purpose. All title, ownership, and other rights in and to this website are owned by or licensed to BSS Metals. Any unauthorized use, changes to information, or interference with the availability, access, or proper working of this website is strictly prohibited.

8. PRICING & QUOTATIONS Prices on this website do not include packaging, freight, taxes, or duties and may change without notice. Quotations are subject to prior sale, availability, and are binding only for immediate acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders if full specifications are not received or if payment is not made.

10. CONFIRMING ORDERS Telephone and online orders are accepted at the buyer’s risk. Written confirmation is recommended, and BSS Metals is not responsible for incorrect orders placed online. Orders for custom-cut or custom-fabricate materials are non-cancelable without our written consent.

11.PROCESSED ORDERS Orders requiring special processing must be paid for in advance, unless the customer has an open account in good standing. Any discrepancies in material type, size, or quantity must be reported within 10 days. Used or altered materials are non-replaceable, and the customer accepts the material as is.

12. SPECIAL ORDERS Special orders for non-stock items require full payment in advance and may not be cancelable or returnable. BSS Metals sources products globally, and non-standard items may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers.

13. TERMS OF PAYMENT All orders must be paid in full before processing or delivery, unless the customer has an open account. Accounts must be paid within 30 days, or late fees may apply. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month, 18% per annum, service charge if these terms are not met. Accounts requiring collection will be subject to legal fees and other costs.

14. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES Shipping fees will be charged for deliveries, and additional fees may apply for special handling or preferred carriers. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. It is the customer’s responsibility to unload shipments and provide proper equipment for unloading.

15. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS AND CLAIMS You must inspect your order upon delivery and note any damages or shortages on the delivery receipt. Failure to do so waives your right to file claims for damaged or missing items. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect shipment.

16. CANCELLATIONS All sales are final. No cancellations are permitted for any material that has been special ordered, processed, or shipped, under any circumstances, without our explicit written consent. Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or special order status, it is irrevocable and will incur a 30% restocking fee if any cancellation is authorized.

Orders are non-cancellable once they have been processed. If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us immediately. Cancellations after the order has been printed for warehouse processing will incur a mandatory minimum cancellation fee of RM100.00. Orders transferred from distribution centers or shipped from affiliate warehouses are strictly non-cancellable.

Ensure your order is accurate before placing. No exceptions will be made.

17. REFUSAL OF DELIVERY Refusing delivery does not waive our return policy. Refused orders will incur outbound and return freight charges and a restocking fee. Special orders or custom-cut materials are non-refundable if delivery is refused.

18. PROMOTIONS Promotions, discount codes, and coupons are only valid for online orders and may not apply to custom quotes or dealer pricing. BSS Metals reserves the right to terminate promotions without notice.

19. JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. By using this website or purchasing from BSS Metals, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in connection with any disputes.

20. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing this website or purchasing products from BSS Metals, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any terms on a customer’s purchase order that conflict with these Terms will not be binding on BSS Metals unless explicitly agreed in writing.
