Sample Cost Reimbursement Program

Program Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

   • The program applies only to customers who purchase product samples through our official website.
   • Only samples ordered and paid for through the designated process are eligible for cost reimbursement under this policy.

2. Sample Reimbursement Period:

   • The sample cost will be deducted from the final order if the confirmed bulk order is placed within 90 days from the sample purchase date.
   • Orders placed after the 90-day period will not be eligible for sample cost reimbursement.

3. Maximum Reimbursement Limit:
   The maximum sample cost that can be reimbursed is 10% of the final order value or RM200, whichever is smaller.
   
   Examples:
   - Scenario 1: If the final order value is RM1500, 10% of the order value is RM150, which is smaller than RM200. Therefore, the maximum reimbursable amount is RM150.
   
   - Scenario 2: If the final order value is RM3000, 10% of the order value is RM300, but the cap of RM200 is smaller. Therefore, the maximum reimbursable amount is RM200.

4. Order Minimum Requirement:

   • To qualify for the sample cost reimbursement, the final order must have a minimum value of RM1000.
   • This ensures that the program is only applicable to substantial orders, preventing misuse of the sample program for smaller transactions.

5. Reimbursement Process:

   • When placing a bulk or final order, customers must reference their original sample order number.
   • The sample cost will be deducted from the final invoice, subject to the 10% or RM200 limit and minimum order requirements.

6. Exclusions & Restrictions:

   • Samples provided at no charge or as part of promotional offers are not eligible for reimbursement.
   • Shipping, handling, and any other additional costs are not eligible for reimbursement.

7. Refunds & Returns:

   • Sample costs are non-refundable. However, the reimbursed sample cost will be applied towards the purchase of the final product if all program conditions are met.
   • In the event of product returns or cancellations, the reimbursed sample cost will not be refunded.

8. Program Modifications:

   • The company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Sample Cost Reimbursement Program at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the website.
